Bob Schmitt Homes Earns Renewed NHQ Certification
Bob Schmitt Homes is proud to announce that we have been accepted, for a second consecutive year, as a member of the National Housing Quality (NHQ) program that is organized by the National Association of Home Builders Research Center (NAHBRC). This recertification is evidence of Bob Schmitt Homes’ commitment to quality. As described by the NAHB Research Center, “The National Housing Quality (NHQ) Builder and Trade Contractor Certification programs emphasize ‘building it right the first time, every time’…”.
On May 14, 2008 Bob Schmitt Homes was given a quality audit by a member of the NAHB Research Center to reconfirm our status as quality homebuilder. As a part of thoroughly reviewing our quality control program, audits of our records were conducted to ensure compliance with the standards outlined in our self-derived manual. Job site inspections were also conducted and were accompanied by numerous interviews with our phase leaders to review their quality assurance responsibilities during the homebuilding process.
The NHQ certification reinforces the heavy distinction between Bob Schmitt Homes and other NHQ Builders to a typical homebuilder. Bob Schmitt Homes is the only builder in the state of Ohio with an NHQ Builder Certification. Bob Schmitt Homes’ obligation to our customers is an ongoing process to manifest superior characteristics in the homes they have invested in and trusted us to build. We are proud to be recognized for our continuous quality and to be in the company of other NHQ members throughout the United States.
