Now Offering Basements!
Bob Schmitt Homes, Northeast Ohio custom home builder, is now offering basements in their Ridgefield neighborhood. These basements allow for additional space in the already spacious custom designed homes.
The basements come with a 30 year water-proofing warranty and full depth R5 insulation. Eight, nine and ten foot heights are available. Additional features include full eight inch wall with two half-inch steel perimeters and reinforcing bar. Both interior and exterior dual footer drains add further security to our basements.
